To begin the quest, you will want to speak with Pikkupstix in his house on the eastern side of Taverly.
Ask Pikkupstix if he has a quest for you, and he tells you that he could use some help locating his two assistants, Scalectrix and Bowloftrix. He is worried as they're running far later than usual.
Make your way to the old dry well in western Taverly.
Speak with Scalectrix, and she tells you that Bowloftrix has been captured by trolls and they have taken her down the well. She will send you back to Pikkupstix for help.
Make your way back to Pikkupstix and tell him about the situation. He will suggest summoning a creature called a giant wolpertinger. In order to do so, he'll need a few things: his ancient wolf bone amulet, some white hare meat, an embroidered pouch, a blessed spirit shard and a grey charm.
To get the embroidered pouch, climb up the stairs to the second floor of Pikkupstix's house.
Once upstairs, you'll notice that the room is a mess - search the cluttered drawers along the northern wall to find the embroidered pouch.
Climb back down the stairs and run to the building directly south of Pikkupstix's house.
Talk with the pet shop owner, and ask him about white hare meat and tell him that you are in need of some due to an emergency, and he will provide you with some.
From the pet store, head west toward white-wolf mountain.
Start following the path up the mountain and you'll come across the body of Stikklebrix - search his body for Pikkupstix's amulet.
Once you have those three items, head back to Pikkuptix's house - he has the final two items.
Speak with Pikkupstix for the last two items, and with all of the items in your inventory infuse the pouch at the obelisk in his house.
Now that you have the giant wolpertinger pouch, speak with Pikkupstix so that he can inspect your work.
With the pouch in your inventory, make your way back to Scalectrix and talk with her and a cutscene will ensue - showing the summoning of the giant wolpertinger and rescuring of Bowloftrix.
Quest complete!
